'Days of Our Lives' spoilers: Chad pushes Abigail away, Clyde blackmails Will, Brady and Melanie's new problem

In "Days of Our Lives" this week, Salem City will be a bad place to be in. The characters will have an emotional week with surprises, threats and rejection headed their way. Here are the spoilers for the week:

Last week, Chad learned some surprising news and this week, he is suddenly pushing away Abigail. Many speculate that this news may have something to do with his closeness to Abigail.

Lucas and Adrienne have been getting closer in the past weeks, but someone was holding them back—Justin. This week, Lucas and Adriene won't be able to control their feelings for one another. There's just one problem, Justin is back in Salem City.

Nicole is in a situation. She wants to know more about Serena's secret and she will continue to dig in, but up to what extent? She Knows Soaps says it will be at the cost of Daniel's feelings.

Also this week, Clyde will exercise his power over Will. Clyde wants an article from Will, a piece that talks about him. However, Will isn't too keen on doing it. So Clyde will blackmail Will and threaten to make him suffer if he doesn't follow him.

Nicole and Xander will spend more time with each other this week, but what they don't know is that they both have motives for being close to each other.

As for Melanie and Brady, they will have to make adjustments in their relationship, now that Theresa and Brady's baby has arrived. In the preview, Brady looked so happy holding the baby in his arms.

Moreover, Soap Central claims that a secret will be revealed this week and it will affect a relationship in a huge way. There will also be a new character introduced and this character will create trouble for a couple.

"Days of Our Lives" airs every weekday afternoon on NBC.
