Before Australian sweetheart Bindi Irwin could relish her victory in the last season of "Dancing with the Stars," there are already discussions as to who will be the next set of celebrities to compete for season 22 of "DWTS."

On that note, there are rumors flying around the hottest dance competition in Hollywood will be an Irwin family affair. Rumor has it that Bindi's brother Robert Irwin will follow the footsteps of his sister all the way to the ballroom.

Robert happens to be the younger brother of last year's winner. With him as the contender, he will prove two things – that dancing runs in their blood and that his age (he is only 12) is no hindrance from winning "Dancing with the Stars" season 22.

Robert, who is fondly called Bob, always tagged along with her mom to watch Bindi perform on the "DWTS" stage. When she was declared the champion along with Derek Hough, they seemed to be happier than Bindi for the accomplishment.

It remains to be seen if Bindi's victory in the "Dancing with the Stars" or the frequent visits of Robert in the show has inspired him to be the one on the dance floor busting a move. Should he end up in the lineup, not only does he have big shoes to fill but it will be altogether exciting to see him perform.

In addition to the younger Irwin, another name thrown into the "Dancing with the Stars" season 22 fold is that of NFL superstar Rashad Jennings. The New York Giants running back reportedly showed interest in joining the show, which he confessed he always follows.

Other celebrities being attached to the new season of "DWTS" is "The Bachelor" leading man Ben Higgins and Canadian actress Italia Ricci from "Chasing Life."

Meanwhile, Bindi's pro dancer and fan-favorite Hough is said to leave the show. "I have to say this isn't a bad way to go out," he told E! Online, pertaining to his season 21 win.

"Dancing with the Stars" season 22 premieres March 21 on ABC.
