"The Bold and The Beautiful" this week may just be a tad different. The scheming is toned down and there may be peace and love in the air, which is very unusual. But it is the Christmas season after all, and the "B&B" characters may just be in the mood to forgive and make peace. Is this going to happen from Dec. 22 and 26?
Maya and Rick
Last week, fans saw Maya and Rick getting closer and it's not just because of the scheming — they are really building a bond. Rick realized that in every relationship he's been in, it is only Maya who hasn't lied to him and he appreciates Maya's honesty.
However, Rick doesn't know that all along, Maya has been doing everything she can to win his trust, and she's successful at it, too. According to Soap Opera Fan, Maya finds an ally to help her with her plan to get Rick on his side.
As for Ivy who caught Maya and Rick kissing, Rick told her not to tell anyone about it, especially his wife Caroline. Rick wants to make sure that Eric will turn over the papers to him so he can gain control of Forrester Creations.
Not knowing Rick's plan, Caroline is hopeful that Rick has really forgiven her. And Rick, not knowing about Maya's true intentions, continues to believe that she is honest with him.
Wyatt and Quinn
Ever since Quinn started meddling in his son's life, their mother-and-son relationship has turned sour. Not to mention Hope's miscarriage, Wyatt continues to blame Quinn for everything that has happened, particularly Hope's blowup and decision to leave him.
This week, Deacon arranges a meeting between Quinn and Wyatt so they can talk face-to-face and, maybe, make peace with each other. However, Wyatt is still not sure that he can forgive his mother after everything.

Katie and Bill try to fix their relationship by reminiscing and looking back at their good memories. As for Ivy, she spends Christmas in Los Angeles and thinks about Liam.
There won't be a new episode on Dec. 25; a re-run of "B&B" will be shown instead. Meanwhile, here is a trailer for the upcoming episodes this week.
