Black Friday is still a month away but Extreme Tech has found one early ad leaked online. The ad is posted on BlackFriday.com and it points to a special Xbox One bundle that will be sold for only $299.99 by 6 p.m. EST on Nov. 26, the evening before Black Friday officially begins.

The Black Friday deal offers the Xbox One "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" bundle alongside a copy of "Fallout 4" and one extra Xbox One controller. According to Extreme Tech, the bundle would normally cost $350 while "Falout 4" will cost $60 and the extra controller would cost another $60. All in all this Black Friday deal saves customers $170.

It is important to note that the ad, listed as a "doorbuster ad," is an online-only deal from Dell, meaning it cannot be acquired in any physical store. The ad states that there is a limited supply but it does not cite just how many are exactly being offered.

Extreme Tech points out that it is possible that Dell is only offering a few hundred of this specific deal before it switches things out for a more expensive deal that gives fewer bonuses. The report explains that this tactic would prey on the consumers who still want to spend their cash on a discounted deal on Black Friday even after missing out on a better offer.

The report also explains that this might be a move from Microsoft in order to compete with sales against Sony's PlayStation 4, which is reportedly outselling the Xbox One, especially now that the PS4's tag price has been lowered to match that of its competitor.

Other Black Friday ads from Dell posted on BlackFriday.com include a 14-inch Inspiron laptop for only $149.99 and an Inspiron Micro Desktop for only $99.99. The laptop will also launch the night before Black Friday while the micro desktop will be offered on Black Friday proper, Nov. 27.
