One good reason for playing the open beta of "Battlefield: Hardline" is because of the alleged Easter eggs packed by the game developer. The beta version was released earlier this week and, to their delight, players found hidden eggs.

The Easter eggs make playing the game more exciting and the game's animation director Tony Gialdini confirmed that he hid more clues in the game. According to IGN, players have one in a 10,000 chance in triggering the animation.

The open beta version started on Feb. 3 and will run until Feb. 8. It gives players a glimpse of the game. This beta is available in PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.

While the official version of "Battlefield: Hardline" has not been released yet, the game developer revealed the minimum PC requirements for the upcoming final and official version of the game.

  • OS: Windows Vista SP 2 64-bit (with KB971512 update)
  • CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 2.4 GHz / AMD Athlon II/Phenom II 2.8 GHz
  • System RAM: 4 GB
  • Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 (896 MB) / ATI Radeon HD 5770 (1 GB)
  • Hard Drive Space: 60 GB
  • DirectX 11
  • On the other hand, the following are the recommended PC specs for the game:
  • OS: Windows 8 64-bit (with KB971512 Update)
  • CPU: Intel Quad-Core CPU, AMD Six-Core CPU
  • System RAM: 8 GB
  • Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760, AMD Radeon R9 290

The upcoming version of "Battlefield" will include new gaming modes, such as Hotwire and Conquest.
