One of the prime game publishers, Electronic Arts, is gifting EA Access members with a free DLC for "Battlefield 4". As a way of saying thanks, only active members of the online streaming service will be given the second expansion pack for no extra cost.

Current members will be able to download the second "Battlefield 4" DLC from Jan. 29 to Feb. 28. The latest downloadable content of the game comes with four of the fan-favorite maps features in "Battlefield 3" that are customized for "Battlefield 4".

In addition, EA Access members using Xbox One will also get a chance to play the upcoming "Battlefield: Hardline" ahead of everyone else as EA Games has plans to deliver the game title to Microsoft console before its official release date. The trial game is available for free and it has no catch and no purchase needed.

"Yes, you will be able to get early access to Battlefield Hardline through EA Access," reads the game publisher's post on Twitter.

According to reports, the trial game will be available for about a week. Then gamers should purchase the game. However, whatever the gamers gained in the trial version can be transferred to the full-fledged game.

Meanwhile, game developer Visceral Games will soon release the open beta of "Battlefield: Hardline" that will be available for almost everyone who wants to play it. The title will include new modes such as Hotwire and Conquest. Moreover, there will be no limit on the max progression level.

"Battlefield Hardline" official release on Mar. 17 in North America and on Mar. 20 in UK to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

This is not the first time that EA rolled out freebies for its subscribers. Ahead the launch of "Dragon Age: Inquisition," members are able to play the first six hours of the game. EA Access subscription costs $5 each month.
