=====

The winner of American Idol 2014 will be revealed tonight after the remaining two finalists battled it out Tuesday evening to win viewers' vote.

Jena Irene or Caleb Johnson will be declared the next American Idol when the finale results show part 2 airs tonight on FOX.

Both contestants performed three songs last night, wowing the crowd with their grade A performances.

Jena Irene opened the show with a performance of "Dog Days Are Over," which was followed by Caleb Johnson's "Dream On." Both gave solid performances, but Caleb gave one of his best performances with his opening song.

For the second song, Jena Irene showed off her strong vocals with her rendition of "I Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presley, followed by Caleb's "Maybe I'm Amazed."

For the third song, both contestants sang what could potentially be their hit single. Jena owned the song "We Are One" and Caleb gave a solid performance of "As Long As You Love Me."

Based on the performances Tuesday evening, many pundits believe that Jena will come out as the winner. However, voting is still open and fans still have a chance to vote for their favorite finalist. Voting will be closing at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET today.

Be sure to tune into Fox at 8 p.m. ET to see the new American Idol crowned.
