X-Men's Professor X may appear in 'Wolverine 3' movie

Patrick Stewart, best known to Marvel followers as Professor X or Charles Xavier, could be coming back soon in one of Marvel's movie lineup. However, that will not happen in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse" but speculatively in one of Hugh Jackman's Wolverine films.

Though there is no working title for now, Stewart hinted at that scenario during an interview with Oregon Live.

In the same interview, Stewart game a small glimpse on what to expect in "Wolverine 3" which by the way would be reportedly Hugh Jackman's last ride as Wolverine.

In the yet to be named Wolverine flick, Logan will finally come to terms with society and find new meaning in life. He will no longer live in fear and finds a way to put his unusual mutant ability to good use. Also, fans could finally see Wolverine don his patented yellow suit, something that many have yet to see from Logan whether it be the X-Men or his own film.

Stewart further adds that the ending of that said film would see Wolverine in a scene where he and Ian McKellan would be recruiting him (apparently something that would confuse some but is actually something that should have been tied up with X-Men: Days of Future Past).

And while that scenario (the meeting with Charles Xavier and Magneto) does seem to be a twist that only religious viewers could understand, it does send off some signals that despite Jackman's claim that it would be his last outing, it certainly wouldn't be the last Wolverine movie that fans will be seeing.

Of course it is to be expected that Wolverine would still be around for future X-Men flicks since what is the X-Men without the rabid Wolverine?
