"The Witcher 3: Final Hunt" has been slated for release on February 24, 2015. This will be the third and last installment for the game trilogy, which were created in accordance with the short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski.
The aforementioned release date for this third version has gained negative reactions from its fans. In earlier reports, "The Witcher 3: Final Hunt" was set for a public launch later this year. However, the developers opted to move the date instead to deal with issues that may arise in the game.
They claimed that spending a few more months to fine-tune and tweak the third installment will spell a whole world of difference to the gaming experience of their players. They believe that taking the extra time and exerting additional effort will provide their fans with superior quality gaming experience. The decision to delay this release was said to be rooted from the adamant desire of its developers to deliver a game that will meet or even surpass the expectations of its users.
According to the plot of the book series, "The Witcher" is set in a medieval fantasy world. The plot centers around the adventures of Geralt of Rivia. In his journey, Geralt, who is one the few remaining "witchers", is seen to demonstrate his extraordinary powers. The game has been perceived by most of its players to convey a plot filled with "moral choices". In developing the videogame, CD Projekt RED lured gamers by making it an action role-playing hack and slash type.
"The Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf" was the first edition of the game. This version was released on PC. Part two of the trilogy was called "The Witcher: Assassins of Kings", which was then made available for Xbox 360 and PC gamers. According to the game's makers and developers, the final installment will be hailed the best RPG game to be launched.
