'The Voice' Season 7 winner, results prediction: Matt McAndrew to win after 'Grammy-worthy' performance?

"The Voice" Season 7 is coming to a close with only five finalists duking it out to win the coveted title. By the next episode, the finalists will be picked and weeks later, a new winner will emerge. As early as now, fans of the show are already putting their bets on the singers whom they believe will win it all.

With just five contestants left, it's not hard to pick a favorite and more so, it's not difficult to see who the frontrunner is. Matt McAndrew from Team Adam is the definite frontrunner this season and he may just be the new voice.

Gold Derby recently released its "The Voice" Season 7 winner predictions and McAndrew tops the leaderboard. He has a 14/5 odds to win. That's really not a shocker especially when all of the judges gave him great commentary when he sang "Make it Rain" by Ed Sheeran in semi-finals week.

Judge Blake Shelton described his performance as a "Grammy-worthy performance." Judge Gwen Stefani said that his voice gave her chills "every time." His coach Adam Levin said "I can't throw anything at this guy that he can't absolutely destroy, and I'm telling you right now, there isn't anybody in this competition who can do that other than Matt McAndrew."

McAndrew's passion for music started when he was young. Not only does he sing music, he also likes writing music. His passion is the top contributing factor to his current ability to make people in awe from his every performance. But despite his love for music, he had to set it aside to work two jobs. Now that he is in "The Voice," he hopes to get his break and finally, pursue what he loves to do.

Other winner predictions include Team Blake's Craig Wayne Boyd with odds of 4/1. Damien Lawson has odds of 11/2, while Chris Jamison is at 13/2.

"The Voice" airs every Tuesday and Wednesday nights on NBC.
