'The Sims' 4 news update: 'Dine Out' DLC new official speed builds released

 EA/Maxis

"Dine Out," the latest DLC pack for "The Sims 4," now allows players to take their avatars out for a diner date or to create their own restaurant for other players to visit. On the official "The Sims 4" website, the developers released several speed builds from known players that can be downloaded and instantly used in the game.

The first official speed build is the Deligracy Seafood Restaurant. As stated on the website, the interiors boast a modern design and the building utilizes large windows to let the outside light shine inside. As the name of the build suggests it focuses primarily on seafood delicacies.

Leander's Modern 50's Diner is the second speed build offered. Like most 50's Diner establishments it focuses a lot on classic family outings and menu items such as the classic All-American burger. One of the key differences is the inclusion of modern architecture and amenities.

Penapple's Hotdog Stand is the third offered speed build and it focuses on a unique design as it has both an inside eating area and an outdoor dining section as well, utilizing picnic tables and dininng umbrellas. As it focuses on hotdogs, it is a more casual establishment.

The fourth offered speed build from the site is the Nacho Mama's Kitchen, designed by LukeyDeanSims. The establishment is both designed with humorous decor and puns while still giving out quality food items for player avatars.

The fifth and final offered speed build is built by Steph0sims, known as the Urban Garden. As a bright contrast to the Nacho Mama's Kitchen and the Hotdog Stand, the Urban Garden is a more formal establishment that sports a green, organic theme with its numerous plants.

All five of the speed builds are available directly from the website, and demos of the builds in action can be viewed on YouTube.
