Latin Times predicted that Alicia and Peter will end their marriage as Peter already has his eyes on his intern while Alicia might choose to contest his husband at the State's Attorney elections.

Meanwhile, it is confirmed that Zach Florrick confirmed will return to the series after his mother sends him away for his summer internship. Hollywood Hills reported that Zach Florrick (Graham Phillips) will still be part of the cast. However, it is still unconfirmed whether the character will be a series regular.

He assured viewers that the show will have "more serialized storytelling. We're taking what we thought worked in Season 5 and seeing if we can make that stuff do something different in Season 6."
