Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone) and Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) will deal with a new blacklister dubbed "the Djinn" in the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3.

In the trailer for the episode titled "The Djinn," Red reveals that "the Djinn" knows how to fulfill anyone's fantasies, whether it is about torture, revenge, or murder.

The synopsis for this episode states that Liz will seek out "the Djinn" in order to make the people who framed her for Attorney General Tom Connolly's murder pay. She will pave the way for Liz and Red to find Cabal to clear the former FBI profiler's name from the crime that she did not commit.

The Djinn asked Liz what she wants for her, and Liz said, "I want the people who did this to pay for what they've done."

Can the Djinn help Liz prove that she is innocent to stop the FBI from running after her?

Meanwhile, series creator Jon Bokenkamp previously revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that the storyline for "The Blacklist" season 3 will change not just the lead characters of series, but those who surround them as well.

"Now, you have the FBI agent who has become a criminal; you have her partner, Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), who is tasked with hunting her down and has a job to do; you have Aram (Amir Arison), who thinks Keen is probably innocent and wants to protect her. Cooper (Harry Lennix) has been sidelined and is no longer in charge of the task force but doesn't want to be brushed aside — he wants to help, so he has things that he's doing in a covert sort of way," Bokenkamp shared.

Liz's former husband Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) has also abandoned his plans to live a simple, peaceful life when he was commissioned by Cooper to hunt the Russian assassin who framed her.

"The Blacklist" season 3 episode 4 will air this Thursday, Oct. 22, on NBC.
