"The Bachelor" season 20 began production on Sept. 24 and the show is set to air in January next year but already there are rumors of at least one contestant who may be in the show not for Ben Higgins's love but for personal fame. According to a report from Life & Style Magazine, that contestant is Olivia Caridi.

According to the report, Caridi, 23, is an aspiring broadcaster from Austin, Texas and that she only decided to join the "The Bachelor" in hope of boosting her career. As a matter of fact, the reports also state that during the time of her audition for the show, she was still dating someone.

However, when she received the call confirming she was cast for "The Bachelor" season 20, she immediately dumped the anonymous boyfriend.

"She's opportunistic, she's fake and she's only on 'The Bachelor' for the fame," says the unidentified source. Not only that but the source also claims that Caridi is outright lying about herself in order to impress Ben Higgins.

"Olivia's been giving the impression to her castmates that she's Christian like Ben, but I heard she's an atheist," the insider told Lfe & Style Magazine. "It's just another ploy to get his attention!"

According to a report from CelebDirtyLaundry, every season of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" has villains such as Olivia Caridi. The report hopes that Higgins discovers Caridi's lies sooner than later to prevent the character from advancing to the final stages of the show, a section that should be filled by the most deserving of contestants.

Other than Olivia Caridi, the full roster of girls that Ben Higgins will meet and date for season 20 has not yet been revealed. However, a report from WetPaint has pointed out that familiar faces Becca Tilley and Amber James will appear on the show. There are also rumors flying across the Web that a pair of twins will be joining the show as well.

"The Bachelor" season 20 premieres this Jan. 4, 2016.
