'Teen Wolf' season 5B spoilers: Season's last half sees return of Orny Adams

The second half of "Teen Wolf" season 5 is set to bring back several familiar faces from previous seasons, such as Arden Cho's Kira. Fans can now look forward to seeing Orny Adams return as Coach Finstock as he has been confirmed to be returning in season 5B.

The information was initially teased by Cho when she posted a birthday greeting via Twitter, "Orny Adams, good seeing you today!!! Jelly you got wrapped early to celebrate your birthday!!! Have fun! Happy Birthday!"

Fans initially thought the actress had made a mistake but Cho later explained on her Twitter page that it was not a mistake and that she had to consult executive producer Jeff Davis if she could reveal the information. Davis reportedly gave the "go-ahead" sign, which allowed her to post her greeting.

Davis later then confirmed that Adams was indeed returning in a report from Movie Pilot. According to the report, Davis explained that the publicity department for "Teen Wolf" did not want Orny Adams's return to be revealed just yet to present it as a surprise to the fans but now the details have been spoiled and revealed online.

Adams did not make an appearance during the first half of "Teen Wolf" season 5 as the actor was reportedly preoccupied with his tour. Other than acting, Orny Adams is predominantly known for being a writer and stand-up comedian. It is likely he is momentarily putting his comedy acts aside in order to return for season 5B.

Speaking to Hypable back in March, Adams explained that the schedule of his tour and the production for season 5A would not allow him to appear in one without canceling the other. He also mentioned he is working on a new Netflix special and that he would like to focus again on his comedy acts.

"Teen Wolf" season 5B will premiere this Jan. 5, 2016.
