Last week in "Derailed," fans finally knew what the title meant at the end of the episode. It wasn't just about the case having to do with Liberty Rail. But, it was more about how Evan Smith got the best of Mike and Harvey Specter and even put Donna in danger too.

In the last episode, Donna helped Mike by gathering evidence illegally. She was caught in the act from a surveillance camera. When Mike and Harvey thought that they had Liberty Rail pinned, Evan found the footage and derailed Harvey that night.

Harvey was shocked to see what Donna did. However, there's more to that. Evan will now hand over the evidence to the district attorney in which Donna will have to stand trial. If she is convicted, she can go to prison for what she did. So now, Mike, Harvey and Louis try to find a way to get Donna out of the pickle and on top of that, dealing with District Attorney Wolf who wants to pin the entire firm down.

Episode 15 is the second to the last episode of the season. It is titled "Intent" and the official synopsis goes:

"When Evan Smith brings new evidence nullifying the firm's victory against Liberty Rail, Harvey and Mike must scramble to save the case. But when D.A. Wolf comes after the firm, they're faced with the real possibility of Donna going to prison for her role. Meanwhile, Jessica and Malone try to adjust to their new roles in each other's lives."

The promo looked very serious and it seems like Donna is in big trouble next episode. Moreover, Jessica has to face Jeff Malone's decision of breaking up their relationship. Jeff found out that Jessica lied about Louis' getting the name on the door and when she was about to tell him, it was too late. How will they treat each other now?

"Suits" will air its new episode on Feb. 25, Wednesday on the USA Network.
