"Street Fighter V" is going to see some major improvements and additions with the upcoming update, which will be launching for the PlayStation 4 and PC this Sept. 22. Some of the improvements include the addition of "Street Fighter III" character Urien and some highly demanded game modes.

Capcom made the announcement on their official blog, confirming that Urien would be playable starting Sept. 22. The character will be free for those who have the game's Season Pass. Players without the Season Pass can use the in-game currency, Fight Money, or real world cash to purchase and download the character.

The update will also include two new game modes. The first is known as the "Daily Targets" mode, in which players can earn 1,000 Fight Money by joining Competitive Matches or 500 Fight Money by participating in training mode. These targets are only available for a limited amount of time.

A "versus CPU" mode is also being added. This will allow the player to fight the CPU, similar to how the game would be played in a real-world arcade. This mode has been highly demanded by fans, and the initial lack of this mode when the game was launched was reportedly met with a lot of negative feedback.

Fighter Profiles are also being added, and this option lets the player see their performance stats, something very useful for competitive players who keep track of how many times they've competed and how many times they've won or lost.

Season pass owners will also get costume colors 3 to 10 for free, and "Street Fighter V" is going to add in costumes and colors for future updates for players with the pass as well.

The update will also come with Environmental KO's. These are new ways of ending a match where a player defeats the opponent by manipulating objects in the stage instead of merely draining the opponent's life bar down. The update also comes with several bug and glitch fixes.
