Steve Chalke takes Apprentice on UK tour

|PIC1|The eight-venue tour opens on 11 November in Newcastle, before travelling to Northern Ireland and taking in major cities across the UK.

Broadcasters Diane Louise Jordan and Cameron Stout will join Mr Chalke to host the tour, which will include music from Cathy Burton and The Johnny Parks Band.

Inspiration for the tour followed the enourmous interest from guests at this year’s Spring Harvest where the DVD and book were launched.

An unprecendented level of on-line and high street sales then saw the book sell out across the UK in just two weeks.

"The response to the book and DVD from churches and individuals has encouraged us to take Apprentice across the UK," said Mr Chalke.

"Congregations and small groups have started using the theme of Apprentice as a way of exploring what it means to be a 21st century follower of Jesus.

"The tour will add a personal and interactive dimension where together we can unpack the ideas behind Apprentice and look deeper into our learning and relationship with Christ."
