This October, the animated TV film "Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion" will have its prime-network premiere on ABC.

Raking in at least 6.5 million viewers last Oct. 3 when it debuted on Disney Channel and Disney XD, "Star Wars Rebels" will be having a special treatment for its ABC airing.

"We wanted to do something special for the ABC broadcast," executive producer Dave Filoni said to StarWars.com. "We've added a scene which gives audiences insight into the Inquisitor and includes a cameo by Darth Vader voiced by the distinguished actor James Earl Jones."

There have been no specific details from Lucasfilm with regards to the additional scene and whether it will be aired outside of the U.S. or be shown in future broadcasts.

Fans can look forward to Darth Vader's special cameo, with James Earl Jones lending his voice to the character, as reported by CNET.

StarWars.com already released the storyline for "Star Wars Rebels," which follows the story of Jedi Kanan, Hera, Ezra, Zeb, Sabine and Chopper, a group made up of unique members who are faced with new villains as they venture out to become rebels, only to emerge as heroes in the end.

Members of the cast who lent their voices to "Star Wars Rebels" include Freddie Prinze Jr. (Kanan), Vanessa Marshall (Hera), Steve Blum (Zeb), Tiya Sircar (Sabine), Taylor Gray (Ezra), David Oyelowo (Agent Kallus), and Jason Isaacs (The Inquisitor).

As the initial premiere that first aired on Disney in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East and Africa brought on a great deal of entertainment for many, fans can also anticipate the second season of "Star Wars Rebels."

The animated series airs every Monday at 9 p.m. on Disney XD.
