It will be a bittersweet Christmas for country singing duo Joey and Rory Feek this year since this could be the last time they will be able celebrate the holidays as a family.

Whatever happens, the Christian couple is determined to celebrate Christmas the best way they can despite Joey's fragile health condition.

In a recent photo the couple shared on their Facebook page, a beaming Joey is seen sitting on the floor and holding up some signs in front of her daughter Indiana, who has Down Syndrome.

"It's 60 and sunny outside today and even brighter inside.. Joey's out of bed teaching signs to Indy on the floor," her husband Rory captions.

The photo has received over 400,000 likes already, with fans happily commenting on how great Joey looks as she flashes her trademark smile. People also adored the reindeer socks she was wearing.

"Joey, so glad to see you up and enjoying the day with Indy. You are such a blessing. Hope and pray you have many more days of up and out of bed. God love you. You look healthy today," Starr Ann Dreisbach writes.

Colleen Sipes comments, "Praise Jesus! What a blessing to see Joey smiling, sitting on the floor with her baby girl! God is holding you in His hands and you look amazing! Thank you Jesus! Much love to Joey, Rory, Indy, Heidi and Hopie!!"

Another fan named Jerrilyn York Thompson is even hoping for Joey to come into complete recover, noting that only a few days ago Joey was unable to leave bed. "To see her out of bed and sitting on the floor with your little cutie, Indy, is heartwarming. God is good and may Joey be our Christmas miracle," she said.
