Shane & Shane Release 'Pages'

|PIC1|Inpop Records' popular duo Shane & Shane released their first studio album in nearly three years yesterday in the US.

Pages was recorded at Shane & Shane's very own Spaceway Studios in Dallas, Texas.

Regarding the new project, Worship Leader says in its September issue: "Enveloped by the double-Shane yearning vocals that are as rich as they are melodic, their usual acoustic passion drips from every lyric and guitar strum, but this time we get a little more alternative aggression than before. It works well because the guys stay true to their melodic style and often follow their forays of distortion with gentle musical post-scripts that work like little musical apologies."

Shane & Shane will be playing new songs from Pages and other fan favorites spanning their repertoire of hits in 70-plus concerts scheduled between now and 12 November. Widely known for their engaging live performances, the duo headlines their 50-plus-city Pages Tour in the US this autumn with co-headliner Bebo Norman.

The tour began 21 August, and runs through mid-November. In addition to their own headline tour, Shane & Shane will be playing select dates with Third Day's Mac Powell and David Nasser on the Glory Revealed tour, as well as select dates with MercyMe.
