With the return of the hit Fox Network show "Scream Queens," fans will encounter the same characters in an all-new mental asylum location. According to Parent Herald, they have already cast another one of the "Glee" actors to play as one of the doctors who will be working alongside the Chanels. Chanel Oberlin is expected to take up her coat from the Wallace University to this new mental asylum. This is after they were framed for the horrifying events of the Red Devil in the first season.

The hype is increasing with more news about the sequel season, especially when eager fans have heard that one of the mystery doctors from this mental asylum will be "Glee" actor John Stamos, who played Dr. Carl Howell in the high-school musical. This time, Stamos will be playing another doctor, named Dr. Brock Holt.

The actor also played a different doctor in "E.R.", as Dr. Tony Gates. This time he will be the head doctor in the asylum. Fans have yet to know whether this new doctor will mean good news or bad.

According to Unreality TV, the release date is also out. The Fox drama confirmed the premiere date after Lea Michele, who played the previous antagonist the Red Devil in season 1, tweeted that they will return on Sept. 20. This fall, Stamos will be joining homestay actors Michele, Keke Palmer, Jamie Lee Curtis, Niecy Nash, Abigail Breslin, Emma Roberts and Glen Powell.

The series producer, Ryan Murphy, has yet to announce anything concrete about the casting details, but fans can be sure that they will be adding a host of new characters for this sequel season. This is due to the series killing off most of the previous season's characters. Christian Post also reports that Roberts has already teased that fans can expect more big-label actors and singers to join the already star-studded cast.

"Scream Queens" season 2 is expected to premiere on the Fox Network this Sept. 20.
