Samsung will soon satisfy the curious minds of waiting fans who are anticipating what the forthcoming Galaxy S6 has to offer. New leaked photos of the upcoming device surfaced online showing the handset alongside its two predecessors – the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4.

The photos were spotted in an Iranian tech website. The photos are blurry and the first image shows the front and back panel of the device in three color variants. The second image shows the Galaxy S4 and S5 side-by-side, and a slightly taller device presumed as the S6 is placed beside the S5.

With the supposed release date of the Samsung Galaxy S6 nearing, more leaks pertaining to the handset are emerging. A recent leak from an import/export tracking website Zauba claimed that a prototype of the Galaxy S6 was sent to India for testing and scrutiny. The handset appeared with the model number SM-G920F. However, the details of the smartphone were not revealed.

Meanwhile, rumors claim that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will come with a 5.5-inch Full HD screen display and metal casing. Conversely, other sources are saying that the S6 will retain its 5-inch screen panel but will spike the resolution to quad HD.

Other alleged specifications of the device are: Qualcomm 20nm Snapdraon 810 chipset or octa core Exynos 7 SoC with 64-bit architecture; 4GB of RAM; Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system; 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants with microSD slot for additional storage; 16-megapixel rear camera and 3.1-megapixel front-facing camera; and longer battery life.

Reports claim that the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 will be announced at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show 2015, while some reports insist that the company will launch the handset a day ahead of the Mobile World Congress in March. However, the South Korean company is still tight lipped regarding the details of the handset.
