Sadie Robertson's new book, 'DWTS' partner Mark Ballas proud of young 'Duck Dynasty' star

Sadie and Mark take a quirky snap in the middle of dance practice Instagram

Before prepping for her dance rehearsal on Oct. 31, "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson — too adorable in her Sandy Olson outfit — came by Live Access with "Dancing With The Stars" professional dance partner Mark Ballas who dressed up as Sesame Street fan-favorite character, Cookie Monster.

Robertson and Ballas have become very good friends ever since they were paired up with each other in season 19 of "Dancing With The Stars" 2014. The dance duo has been performing impeccable dance routines and has been a crowd-favorite and frontrunner on the dance floor.

In the recent Halloween-themed episode, the dance partners snagged mixed views from the judges. They also hitched their lowest score to date — a 30 out of 40 — for their zombie-themed paso doble performance.

The 17-year old also blogged on Hollywood Life about the recent episode, saying they "had so much fun" even though they were the "underdogs" in the group dance.

"I feel like America really had our backs! We got the loudest applause after the dance! It was just amazing. I really thought we killed it, even though the scores didn't really help us out," Robertson wrote.  "We really did the best that we've ever done and I was super happy and proud of it!"

Ballas, on the other hand, said it was an honor to be able to express his Halloween-inclined self with Sadie.

"I'm so proud of Sadie, and I feel like the judges could have cut her a little more slack, but you win some and you lose some. Overall, I'm really happy with the night, and it's all good!" Ballas added.

Although most of her schedule is stuffed with "Dancing With The Stars" ventures, the 17-year old student was able to write a book with Beth Clarke entitled "Live Original: How the Duck Commander Teen Keeps It Real and Stays True to Her Values," which hit shelves on Oct. 28.

"I pray that many lives are touched through this book. I pray people realize that they are a beautiful child of God, and become confident in that. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded," Sadie wrote as she encouraged her followers on Instagram.

Details about Sadie's future "DWTS" stunts are still scarce but everyone can expect another show-stopper spectacle from the well-loved star.
