'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season 7 spoilers: Yolanda Hadid quits, Eileen Davidson demoted

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 7 is going to see several key changes with its cast as Yolanda Hadid has officially quit the show and Eileen Davidson is being demoted to just a "friend of the Housewives" instead of being a core cast member.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Davidson was being cut down because of her high talent fee. Bravo TV has not revealed how much the stars of the show are paid but it is presumed that Davidson is the most expensive talent they have, despite her coming in only in season 5.

It is hinted that she may have been paid $250,000 for her premiere season and this is significantly higher than the amount paid to any of the other cast members during their premiere season. As it is with television shows, Davidson's fee will have increased with each new season.

However, her high talent fee might not be the only reason as the report points out that it may be possible she is going to see less screen time due to the fact that she has had no significant plot other than fighting with Lisa Vanderpump.

Yolanda Hadid, on the other hand, has officially quit the series. As reported by ET Online, the reality TV star posted her announcement on Instagram, stating that she told Bravo executives she would only return if she would remain as a main housewife but the studios declined and wanted to demote her as a "friend of the Housewives."

"I believe that every exit is an new entry and with that in mind I say goodbye to my BravoTV Family as I continue to focus on a my recovery, my children and bring back the privacy within our Home," Hadid explained. "I am excited about this choice and look forward to the next chapter of my life."
