Every month Playstation Plus subscribers are given several games that they can download for free. For the month of December, Sony has yet to officially announce which games are being offered but according to a report from the Latin Post, a recent leak hints that "Angry Birds Space" and "Little Big Planet 3" may be up for gamers next month.
The information comes from a YouTube video that cites an undetermined European source. About thirty seconds into the video, both games are visible and it appears that the "Angry Birds Space" icon is labeled for the PS4. "Little Big Planet 3," on the other hand, is expected to be offered to PS3 players.
However, the Latin Post does point out that there is the possibility of the leak being fake. First of all, there are prices listed when they shouldn't given that PS Plus games are meant to be free for subscribers. The second issue pointed out is that the images are not clear and their proper source is not cited.
It is also pointed out that not many gamers would even want to get "Angry Birds Space" even if it was for free. "Angry Birds" and its numerous incarnations are often considered as casual games designed for the mobile market and is not a brand often associated with the more "hardcore" gaming community.
According to the official Playstation forum, fans speculate that the PS4 would get one indie game and one AAA title such as "Shadow Warriors." The PS3 is speculated to get "Ragnarok Oddysey Ace" and "Watch Dogs," while the PS Vita is speculated to receive "Freedom Wars" and "Metal Slug 3," the latter of which is expected to be a cross-buy title.
The official list of PS Plus free games for December may be posted by Sony come the last week of November or the first week of December.
