This Feb. 27 will mark the 20th anniversary of the "Pokemon" franchise and it will see the release of the original "Pokemon Red and Blue" on the 3DS e-Shop. However, as revealed by the latest celebration video from The Pokemon Company's official Youtube channel, they will also offer a special New Nintendo 3DS bundle.

The New 3DS devices will be specifically designed with either "Pokemon Red" or "Pokemon Blue" themes. They will also come with either classic game pre-installed into the device and will have matching cover plates. The cover plates will either feature Charizard or Blastoise. Each device will also come with a very special "Pokemon" centric Home Menu theme.

As pointed out in a report from IGN, these devices will be the counterpart to the "Pokemon Red and Blue" 2DS bundles coming to New Zealand, Europe and Australia. It is uncertain if the New 3DS bundle will later be made available in those regions or if the 2DS bundle will make its way to North America.

However, the bundle will not be the only major releases to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the "Pokemon" franchise. Also revealed in the trailer is a new set of expansion packs for the "Pokemon Trading Card Game" known as the "Generations" pack as well as a new "Mythical Pokemon Collections" series of cards.

The main games, such as "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire," will receive monthly distribution of Legendaries such as Mew and Celebi. All throughout the year the company will also re-release digitally remastered versions of the "Pokemon" movies via iTunes, Google Play and Amazon streaming services.

Another collectible being offered is a Nendoroid Figure of Pokemon Trainer Red, which comes with Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur. Caps, mugs, and other collectibles have also been showcased in the promotional video.

"Pokemon Go" and "Pokken Tournament" are also both showcased but there is still no mention of "Pokemon Z."
