NGM seeking new recruits for music and arts boot camp

|PIC1|NGM is inviting Christians interested in music and the arts to take part in its new summer Boot Camp.

The training course is open to singers, dancers, DJs, musicians, presenters and engineers between the ages of 13 and 19 who are committed to creativity and excellence at the same time as wanting to shape the nation’s culture.

From 16 to 23 August, Boot Campers can work on their personal development, studio recording, biblical and cultural studies, live performances and mission.

The camp is being held at NGM’s £3 million performing arts centre, which boasts purpose-built recording studios, a dance studio, programming rooms, media suite, and rehearsal space.

The training will be led by NGM artists including On-Off Switch, the Luv Esther cast, and DJ Studious.

NGM director Ray Goudie and his wife and NGM co-director, Nancy, will be on hand to mentor Boot Campers.

"I am committed to raising up as many artists as I can who will be excellent in their artform, passionate in their faith and determined in shaping our culture," said Ray.

“Students will gain a much deeper understanding of their faith and how it applies to our current culture.

“They will be helped to reach excellence in their particular art form by our team of experienced trainers and coaches who are passionately committed to seeing them succeed.”
