New all-age album: Gods Love Is Unstoppable

BIG Ministries, the Birmingham-based Children’s ministry, have launched a brand new album of original songs through Elevation.

BIG Ministries is run by Steve and Jo Squires who are passionate about serving the church by offering high quality events that are full of energy and are God-focused, relevant and challenging.

They travel all over the country, working in partnership with churches to run BIG Parties (really cool worship services for kids!) on a variety of themes aimed at 7 to 11s.

They also offer all-age services and training on a variety of themes including Faith Development of a Child; Leading Children’s Worship; Beginners Puppetry; Writing puppet scripts; Leading All-age Worship; ‘Speaking Their Language’ (Learning Styles, Multimedia & the Arts), and more!

The new album includes a second CD of backing tracks, chord sheets and videos of creative ways to use the songs.

Steve enthuses about the album: "We are SO excited about God’s Love Is Unstoppable! It's full of great songs of truth that help kids (and all ages too!) to connect with God in ways which make sense to them.

"There are plenty of current styles and sounds and it's full of tons of fun and energy (just like our events!). We hope that it will be a great resource for the church."

BIG Ministries has created the album to help kids to connect their 'church-life' with the world in which they live.

Steve said: "If the music they listen to in church is very different from the music they hear everywhere else there is a danger that they will create a degree of a separation between God and their everyday lives.

"By referencing music in the charts we hope to bridge that gap and to enable kids to see that God wants to walk with them every day of their lives.

"We hope that as kids who don't yet know Jesus hear these songs they might begin to understand this too. The songs are lively, fun and will get kids (and older generations) singing songs about our very BIG God."

God’s Love Is Unstoppable is out now.
