The list of movies coming and leaving Netflix for the month of December have officially been released. Fortunately, the list of movies leaving Netflix is very short, and the list of movies that are being added is quite substantial. The latter even includes big blockbuster hits like "Captain America: Civil War."

As per Life Hacker, the most notable movies leaving Netflix include "Star Trek: First Contact," "Top Gun," and "Event Horizon." Others leaving the streaming network include "50 First Dates," "The Da Vinci Code" and all six seasons of "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys."

Coming on Dec. 1 are "The Rock," "Beverly Hills Cops," the 2001 film "Hannibal," the 2006 remake of "House of Wax," and "The Angry Birds Movie." "Hip Hop Evolutions" season 1 will be added on Dec. 2 and "The Good Neighbor" is being added by Dec. 5.

"Homeland" season 1 is being added on Dec. 6, and it will be accompanied by "The Devil Dolls" and "The Model." "Fuller House" season 2 debuts on Dec. 9 and so will the first season of "The White Rabbit Project." These will be followed by "Breaking a Monster" on Dec. 11 and "Killswitch" on Dec. 13.

Several Netflix originals will be added on Dec. 16. These include "Barry," "Call Me Francis" season 1, and season 4 of "The Adventures of Puss in Boots."

"Gabriel Iglesias: Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry" will be added on Dec. 20, and season 1 of "Trollhunters" will be added on Dec. 23. "Captain America: Civil War" will be added on Dec. 25, and "Comedy! Bang! Bang!" will be added on Dec. 28.

"Big in Bollywood" season 1 will then be added on Dec. 31.

Of the listed films, "Captain America: Civil War" and "The Rock" are some of the bigger titles. The former is one of the latest titles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which also saw the debut of Tom Holland as Spider-Man. The latter is one of Michael Bay's earlier hits, released in the 1990s.
