"Modern Family" season 7 episode 8, titled "Clean Out Your Junk Drawer," will focus primarily on Gloria (Sofia Vergara) after she wins a bid at the school auction and wins a special family seminar session with famed doctor and self-help author Debra Radcliffe (Catherine O'Hara).

According to the official synopsis posted on SpoilersGuide, Gloria will attempt to get the whole family in to have a special session with Radcliffe. It is explained that Radcliffe's book, "Clean Out Your Junk Drawer," teaches people to let out all of their emotional "junk" to become healthier -- physically and emotionally -- which in turn makes them better spouses and partners.

However, Jay (Ed O'Neill) does not seem very enthusiastic about the decision and will try everything he can to get away from the therapy sessions as much as possible. It is almost guaranteed that silly shenanigans will ensue as Jay tries his best to step away from Gloria's attempts to include him in Radcliffe's sessions.

Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) will use a different tactic and instead will attempt to keep their session on "surface level" to make it appear that they are a very stable couple. Phil (Ty Burrell) and Claire (Julie Bowen) look at it as a competition and will strive to be seen as the strongest couple in the family.

The synopsis, however, indicates that all their ideas will not go as planned. It is hinted that as their emotional junk is revealed, more problems will escalate and it is very likely that each couple will discover problems in their relationships, problems they may have never realized existed.

As all this goes on, Haley (Sarah Hyland) and Alex (Ariel Winter) will have their own private therapy together as they discuss with each other their personal "boy problems."

"Modern Family" season 7 episode 8, "Clean Out Your Junk Drawer," will air this Dec. 2.
