Residents of New York and New Jersey - get ready to view the spectacular Macy's fireworks show tonight by heading over to the best viewing spots.
The time to watch the dazzling fireworks will be at 9:20 p.m., where 40,000 fireworks are expected to to be featured in a span of 25-29 minutes.
The world-famous annual Macy's fireworks display show will feature a collaboration with Grammy-winner Usher to help curate the fireworks design to celebrate America's Independence Day in style.
The 37th annual show be called "It Begins With a Spark."
"With this first-ever collaboration with Usher, we are taking the show to the next level of entertainment spectacle, combining the very best of Macy's Fireworks with Usher's unparalleled artistic vision," said Amy Kule, executive producer of Macy's 4th of July Fireworks.
Usher described working with Macy's for the fireworks show. "The 4th of July is a collective celebration of freedom and I hope that through the music and visuals, I've helped express the energy and passion of our nation. I can't wait for the countdown; we're getting ready to surprise the audience with the ultimate Independence Day party."
The fireworks soundtrack will include hits from Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson, Jimi Hendrix, Frank Sinatra and more. Patriotic songs such as "America the Beautiful," "God Bless America," and "The Star-Spangled Banner" will also be played throughout the show.
Macy's fireworks celebration will be broadcasted live on NBC. "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular" will air at 8 p.m. ET. The all-star lineup of performers for the two-hour show includes Mariah Carey, Tim McGraw, Nick Cannon, Taylor Swift, and Selena Gomez.
For all residents of New York and New Jersey, the Macy's fireworks can be seen from any area with an unobstructed view of the sky above the Hudson River. Macy's will have four barges in the Hudson River between 24th Street and 42nd Street.
MANHATTAN:
For the best spots to view the show, head to 12th Avenue below 59th Street.

Riverside Park South is the best spot for above 59th Street. However, Macy's advises taht viewing is very limited anywhere above 59th Street.
NEW JERSEY:
Fireworks can be seen from Weehawken, Hoboken and Jersey City Heights.
For Weehawken, the best views are JFK Boulevard East on top of the cliffs.
For Hoboken residents, head to Maxwell Park, which is at the waterfront at 11th Street to 14th Street.
Another good spot is Sinatra Drive, a waterfront road from 1st Street to 15th Street.
North Hoboken, between 10th and 15th STreet, also have great views of the firework display.
Jersey City Heights will also offer spectacular views. Head over to Riverview Park on Ogden Avenue and walk over to Exchange Place, where you will have amazing views of Manhattan and the fireworks.
