'Legend of Zelda' Wii U release set for 2015, new title to resemble 'Skyrim'?

 Nintendo

Although fans are short of details regarding the release of the unprecedented action-adventure video game, it is enough to put them in high spirits just knowing that something big like the "Zelda Wii U: The Legend of Zelda" is coming.

IDigital Times reports that Nintendo has been working for more than a year before formally introducing the game. This gives it a possible 2015 release date, although no specific information for the rollout has followed the Nintendo E3 2014 announcement. However, during the event, producer Eiji Aonuma showed the first in-game footage. The clip featured high-end graphics that integrates cel-shading in the bigger open-world.

According to the same site, fans would surely be reminded of "the single greatest game of the previous console generation, the 'Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim'." This was evident with the game's premise of a world of wider scale and greater proportions, paired up with highly-detailed environment. Every battle serves as a chronicle — this is the "Skyrim" distinction. With "Zelda Wii U," that very same thing will be true to gamers who wage wars with Link.

In a recent report, KpopStarz made mention of the inclusion of Link's ride in the May 2014 racing game, "Mario Kart 8" and how Aunoma loved the coolness of the motorcycle.

"The development team showed me how the Master Cycle races on the track, and I was overwhelmed by how great it looked," Aunoma wrote in a MiiVerse blog post.

"The Legend of Zelda" Wii U is unquestionably one to look out for. Although Nintendo is admittedly prone to game delays, fans hope that this will be the time the developer would actually stick to its word. After all, they have been perfecting the title for a long while now. And also, it may pose a threat to Nintendo's business if it bends its promise once more.

Whether Link and Princess Zelda make an appearance in 2015, Nintendo has given players with an awesome game line-up to get busy with, such as "Mario Racing Kart" and "Minecraft."
