The Los Angeles Dodgers will play the St Louis Cardinals on Monday night in Game 3 of the NLDS. The two teams split the first two contests in the series, and this will be a crucial game in deciding who might progress and who will go home from this season's Playoffs.

Game 3 between the LA Dodgers and St Louis Cardinals will start at 9.07 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on FS1. The game will take place at Busch Stadium in St Louis, Missouri and can also be watched online through live stream via the link provided below.

Matt Kemp powered the game winning home run in the eighth inning on Saturday for the Dodgers. That means the Dodgers must now go on the road and do what the Cardinals did to them, and claim a win on the Cardinals home turf.

To do that they will need a solid game from starter Hyun-Jin Ryu (14-7, 3.38 ERA) against playoff veteran John Lackey (3-3, 4.30 ERA).

Some have commented that the decision to send Ryu to the mound for such a vital game is a strange one, given that he has not pitched in a game since September 12 – nearly one whole month!

Those backing Ryu though, have said that he was impressive against the Cardinals in the NLCS last year, allowing no runs at all through his seven innings.

He will likely have to do as well today, as the Cardinals will be sending one of the most experienced heads in the game to the mound to try and get themselves into a winning position for the series. He only needs 3.2 innings pitched to overtake CC Sabathia as the active leader in postseason innings pitched.
