Josh Duggar denies meeting Danica Dillon

Months after the world found out about his infidelity, "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar is currently exerting efforts to clear his name.

Just weeks before Josh appears in court to face the lawsuit filed by adult film star Danica Dillon, the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar claimed that he never sexually brutalized her and never met her in the first place.

Josh was forced to address the rumors after a Pennsylvania judge denied the motion to dismiss the case filed by his legal team in response to the battery case filed by Dillon. He produced over a hundred pages of alibi documents to prove that he was not in Pennsylvania or anywhere nearby during the nights stated by Dillon in her statements.

The documents are reportedly backed up by several photographs and video clips to prove that Josh never visited the strip club where Dillon works, as well as the hotel where they allegedly agreed to meet. They also contain the contact details of most eyewitnesses that can prove his alibi.

According to Josh's lawyers, the stripper was just making false claims to get a quick cash.

Dillon, whose legal name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, filed a lawsuit against the 27-year-old father of four after he allegedly committed battery against her while having sex in two instances between March and April 2015. She is asking for $500,000 for damages because of "physical and emotional injuries" that she allegedly received from the reality star. She also claimed that she felt "as if she were being raped" during their two sexual encounters.

The controversy affected the entire Duggar family, particularly Josh's wife Anna. She was pregnant with their fourth child during the months when Josh was allegedly cheating on her. Their show "19 Kids and Counting" had been cancelled by TLC because of the child molestation scandal that smeared his reputation early last year.
