iPad Mini 3 release date soon imminent as more iPad Mini price cuts spotted

iPad Mini 3 release date will come soon as a new iPad Mini deal is being offered to consumers.

Retail giant Walmart now offers the first generation of iPad Mini for only $249 slashing off $50 from its original price. This is not the best discount that we have seen for the device as other retailers went as far as cut $100 from the iPad Mini's price tag.

Another U.S. retailer Best Buy now offers the 16GB non-Retina iPad Mini for only $199 in both white and space gray variants. A similar price cut is offered by Target. The non-retina version is now available for just $199.99, which is the lowest for iPad Mini. Target also offers the 16GB of iPad Mini with Retina display for $369.99 from its original price of $399.99.

Over the past few months, consumers have seen the price of the Apple's miniature tablet decrease. Even Apple itself offers discounts to buyers. The company slashed $30 off the price of iPad Air and $20 price off on the iPad Mini Retina as part of the company's educational discount. Unfortunately, not all consumers can enjoy the discount. The sweet deal is available only to teachers and students with an .edu email address.

However, interested buyers may opt for the refurbished units offered by the Apple. Refurbished units are as good as new models. These units were taken back to Apple due to defect. Apple replaced the back panel and battery and offered it at a much cheaper price.

Meanwhile, the third generation of iPad Mini is rumored to pack a TouchID fingerprint sensor, A8 processor, iOS 8 and waterproof feature. The tablet was speculated to arrive in October, which is the usual launch window of Apple's tablets alongside its big brother iPad Air 2 and other Apple devices. There were talks that iWatch and MacBook Pro 2014 will be introduced around the same time. Also, there were reports that the tablets could arrive earlier than usual.
