In "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," there were five post-credits scenes that viewers should have seen if they stayed to the watch until the last minute. In one of these scenes, Elizabeth Debicki's character, Ayesha, attempted to capture the Guardians, which led to the destruction of several Sovereign ships. This scene guarantees that Debicki's character will return in the next "Guardians of the Galaxy" movie.

James Gunn, director of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 and 2," confirmed Debicki's presence in the next film of the series in an interview with IGN. He said, "I absolutely plan on bringing Elizabeth Debicki back. She's actually one of my favorite actors I've ever worked with."

There's no report on how big Debicki's role will be in the next movie, but she's known to be responsible for the creation of Adam Warlock, rumored to be who the Guardians will go up against in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3."

This assumption comes after one of the post-credits scenes shows Ayesha to be in trouble with the high council for her actions. Ayesha is calm throughout even when her things are taken from her, as she has other plans. She has taken a birthing pod, which is known for its ability to form a new life, from the Sovereign people. Ayesha will use this birthing pod to form Adam.

Adam Warlock, who is an artificial human, is one of Marvel's cosmic characters. He has a power that is able to take energy from living creatures. Since Ayesha was the one who created Adam, she will most likely use him and his power to go against the Guardians in the upcoming film as revenge for making her look foolish in the previous movie.

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" will not be released until after three more years, according to a post made by Gunn on his official Facebook page.
