The sixth season of "Glee" will be featuring guest Ben Ferris.

Ben Ferris is the vocalist and frontman of the band Cursed Sails, which recently debuted under Velocity Records. Their debut album was just released last month. However, many were curious what the role of Ferris would be in the series since he was all scream in their music? The band's type of music is something that has not been heard in "Glee" before.

Ferris had confirmed his guest-starring role in the hit TV series via tweet, "So proud to announce I'm gonna be on an upcoming episode of Glee! Stay tuned for details." The tweet is not detailed but gossip websites were fast enough to spread the news. It seemed that the new musician is very excited for his participation in the show.

Aside from his casting in the next season of "Glee," Ferris and the rest of his band will be on the road this summer for their Warped Tour.

Meanwhile, the season 6 will be the final season of the most-loved musical series. Gleeks may see the reunion of all the previous characters in the final season. Reports claimed that the setting of the sixth and final season of the series is in New York where all the former members of the Glee Club will meet up.

Actress and new mom Heather Morris already confirmed her participation next season and she will appear in one or two episodes although nothing is final yet. Heather Morris just gave birth to her first born and wants to focus on motherhood. Moreover, Kevin McHale will be back in the final season of "Glee" as the actor was spotted filming in New York with actress Lea Michele for the new episodes of the hit TV series. In his Twitter account, the actor tweeted "New York. New backpack. #AllBlackErrythang," along with a photo.

"Glee" will be back on air this fall.
