'Fear the Walking Dead' season 2: 2 new cast members added

"Fear the Walking Dead' season 2 will be primarily set in the ocean with the main cast hopping aboard a yacht, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for new cast members to join in the zombie apocalypse. Two separate reports from Deadline have now revealed the two new cast members joining for season 2.

The first new cast member is Daniel Zovatto, known for his role from the horror flick "It Follows." Zovatto's role has been kept under wraps but he is set for a recurring role in the season and it is expected he will be promoted to series regular in season 3 if his character is not immediately killed off.

Arturo Del Puerto, from "Ride Along 2," will be playing a character named Carlos. While not much about this new character has been revealed, it is stated that he will be tightly guarded and has a "spiritual understanding of the world."

Cinema Blend points out that a spiritual look at the zombie apocalypse may give a very fresh look at the world the series is set in but it doesn't necessarily mean Carlos is a pastor or priest like Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) is in the main series.

It is entirely possible that Carlos is someone akin to a pirate or even a soldier with strong spiritual beliefs. Until AMC officially announces his character's background, however, this all remains pure speculation.

Del Puerto will be seen next in "Independence Day 2" while Zovatto's next big screen appearance will be in Tri-Star's "Man in the Dark."

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 will primarily be set aboard the yacht but previous reports have pointed out that the entire season won't be on the waters as the characters will need to go on land for food and other resources. It is speculated that Zovatto and Del Puerto's characters may be outsiders trying to steal the yacht or at least join the group.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 premieres this April 10.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
