'Duck Dynasty': Sadie Robertson back, Phil Robertson gives a family a house

In the Christmas episode of "Duck Dynasty," a tear-jerking moment showed the Robertson family getting emotional. And more than that, family patriarch Phil Robertson was seen shedding a tear. What actually made him cry?

The episode is titled "Home for the Holidays" and what a fitting title that is. In the episode, the Robertsons decided to present a family with a new home. The recipient of the gift is an old friend from church, Mrs. Lewis. Mrs. Lewis has been a good friend of the family for 40 years and her financial struggles have been a huge problem.

With strong belief in faith and family, the Robertsons performed one of the best gestures they could. They sought the help of an advertising sponsor to give Mrs. Lewis a home. According to TV Over Mind, the Robertson family, with the help of advertising sponsor Clayton Homes, was able to give the lady and her son a home. They even added a personal touch by building a porch.

Mrs. Lewis was moved to tears, which was really not a surprise. However, when Phil said a prayer for the new homeowner and her new abode, he got choked with tears as well. Even his wife, Miss Kay Robertson, couldn't help but cry.

In his prayer, he said, "Father we just give you a great big thank you for [Mrs. Lewis] and her family. Father, you know I don't cry that much but on behalf of my sister and her kids and grandkids it's just hard to stop the tears."

As for Sadie Robertson, after finishing her stint at "Dancing With The Stars," she is now back on "Duck Dynasty." There's very little news about the teenager since the reality dancing show ended. The most recent update was about her joining the Love is Project and she continues to spread the word about her love for God.
