'Days of Our Lives' Feb. 22 to 26 spoilers: Brady saves Summer while Ava causes trouble

Kayla and Ava in Days of Our Lives (Feb. 22 - 26 episodes) Sony Pictures Television

"Days of Our Lives" left off with Brady (Eric Martsolf) headed off all the way California in order to meet the woman from Daniel's (Shawn Christian) dreams. The episode ended with the woman, identified as Summer (Marie Wilson), attempting to drown herself at the beach and this is where the episodes for Feb. 22 to 26 will pick up from.

According to a report from the IB Times, the episodes will kick off with Brady leaping into the waters to save Summer's life. Summer was previously described as a person with mental instabilities but by saving her, Brady may be able to get some answers from her such as resolving what her true connection is to Daniel.

Going back to Salem, trouble will be brewing between Ava (Tamara Braun) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). The report indicates that Ava is up to no good and will even try instigating a fight with Kayla. The official promo trailer for the week's episodes do showcase Kayla hitting Ava and the latter in a hospital, indicating that a fight will indeed happen.

It will all come to a head when Steve (Stephen Nichols) admits to Joey (James Lastovic) that he slept with Ava. Conflict surrounding Ava, Steve and Kayla will continue onto Tuesday but will be set aside temporarily when the police arrive to make an arrest regarding Stefano's (Joseph Mascolo) murder case.

By Wednesday Ava will be in the hospital and will speak with the police, informing them that Kayla attempted to murder her. Brady will also learn more about Summer's backstory in this episode and will even try to convince her to come back to Salem.

This won't go as planned as Nicole (Arianne Zucker) heads to the California town in order to meet Summer and "reacquaint" herself with Dario (Jordi Vilasuso).

Ava's plans will apparently end the week's story threads as her plan is hinted to succeed, leading to a shocking murder in Salem.
