Da T.R.U.T.H's 'The Big Picture' debuts at No 1

|PIC1|The Stellar award-winning artist's project hit No 1 on the iTunes Christian & Gospel Chart on the day it came out, also reaching No 1 on the CMTA R&B/Hip Hop Chart, No 2 on the Billboard Gospel chart and No 4 on the Billboard Contemporary Christian chart during release week.

The project is divided into two sections by interludes that feature Grammy winner and multi-platinum artist Kirk Franklin as the narrator. In the opening scene, which explodes with "U-Ready?" featuring J-Soul, Da' T.R.U.T.H. rallies us to see the big picture.

Going back in time to the beginning of creation, we experience firsthand the unfolding of God's redemptive story - from the moment He speaks the earth into existence to the climactic "Trumpet Blow" at the end of time.

The second half of the CD encourages us to live the big picture - a life shaped and driven by God's redemptive story. Da' T.R.U.T.H. tackles issues such as politics, prejudice and more in songs like "My President", "Great Wall", "Fantasy" and "Pain".

Along the way, Da' T.R.U.T.H. is joined by an all-star cast of guest artists who help him paint the pictures of this cinematic experience, including Tye Tribbett, J.R., Deluge Band, Trip Lee, Jahaziel, and the fresh new voice of Tia Pittman on the infectious single "Lost", along with Freddy Washington Jr, J-Soul, Chris Graham, G.P. and Swoope.

Produced by Freddy Washington Jr and Da' T.R.U.T.H., The Big Picture also features tracks by J.R., Tony Stone, UK newcomer G.P. and Philly natives David Hackley Jr and Edward "PeeDee" Wright.

In support of his new CD, Da' T.R.U.T.H. has launched The Big Picture Tour, a cinematic, multi-media worship experience shaped by the music and ministry of the CD. Already, the tour has made key stops on Daystar Television Network's flagship "Celebration" show, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association's groundbreaking Rock the River Tour and CeCe Winans' Always Sisters, Forever Brothers conference.

Throughout the tour, Da' T.R.U.T.H. is shooting "Living The Big Picture", an interactive web-based reality show where he engages friends and family alike to join him in showing the world how to live the big picture. The show will begin airing this autumn on ilivethebigpicture.com, an interactive social networking site that invites people from all over to submit daily video blogs on how they are living the big picture in response to weekly challenges from Da' T.R.U.T.H. shared on Twitter, Facebook and at ilivethebigpicture.com.

A graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and The Institute of Jewish Studies, the 2007 and 2009 Stellar Award winner, born Emanuel Lee Lambert Jr, has been involved in urban missions since the age of 16. As a rapper, he works to impact the culture with godly values through his music and teaching. He has been a featured artist on Kirk Franklin's HERO Tour along with Mary Mary, and has ministered at festivals and conferences including BattleCry, Acquire The Fire, Always Sisters, MegaFest and Creation Fest.

Da' T.R.U.T.H. lives in Philadelphia with his wife Nicole and daughters Carlise and Summer Rose, and serves as Elder Elect at Epiphany Fellowship.
