Cursing toddler video shows diapered child using profane language; Children removed from home and in protective custody

A video of a cursing toddler using profane language labeled "The Thug Cycle" has been posted on the Omaha Police Officers Association site and has since gone viral.

The video has shocked America as the child is shown being exposed to disturbing language and content.

The video description reads: "We here at OmahaPOA.com viewed the video and we knew that despite the fact that it is sickening, heartbreaking footage, we have an obligation to share it to continue to educate the law abiding public about the terrible cycle of violence and thuggery that some young innocent children find themselves helplessly trapped in."

The disturbing video shows a toddler merely in diapers using extreme profanity with the encouragement of adults. The adults can be heard encouraging the toddler, whose face has been blurred out from the clip, to use profane language and using the middle finger.

John Wells, the president of the police union, told the World-Herald: "Unfortunately, there is no crime against raising your kids that way. It is quite the snapshot into violent crime culture happening in Omaha."

After the video went viral, it has been revealed by Omaha police that the toddler has been placed in protective custody. Police stated that four children, including the toddler seen in the video, have been removed from the home.

The police say no laws have been broken in the case of the video, but that they did find safety concerns within the home which led them to remove the children.

The union received backlash for posting the video, but they said they wanted to share the problems that lie within the community. The original video was found on a local gang member's Facebook page.
