"Clash of Clans" has just released a new update this past October, and even with new titles coming out, it remains to be one of the top mobile games in the market. The game is still going to get at least one more update before the year is over, with a large update that is now rumored to launch this coming December.

According to Game N Guide, this update is going to focus primarily on sea-themed additions. This would include the highly anticipated Red Barbarian King, warships, giant sea creatures, as well as mermaids and other sea-type creatures that could be used for offense and defense.

Pirates are also expected to become a major part of the upcoming update. Another important addition is the Shipwreck Castle. This shipwreck can be found and then repaired for at least 50,000 gold. Once it is repaired, players will now have an expanded sea base that they can use for building ships and sea monsters.

This Shipwreck Castle, essentially a giant pirate ship, will serve similarly to the regular Keep and ground castles, but now, on water. However, this doesn't mean the December update is solely for water-based units and features as it is also stated to come with a few air defense additions, a feature gamers have been clamoring for in the past few months.

According to Jobs N Hire, the December update is also going to introduce a new battle feature referred to as "Wizard versus Goblin." The exact details of this battle feature are yet to be revealed.

No official release date for the update has been announced, although some state that it was going to be released during late November. This was then changed in order to implement several new additions, such as the Shipwreck Castle, leading to a delayed December launch.
