Chris Tomlin shares his favourite Christmas recipe

|PIC1|Says Chris: “One of my favourite foods to eat during the holidays is my mother’s homemade Blue Ribbon Fudge. If you want to try it and share with your friends here is my mum’s special recipe :)”

Butter sides of a 2 qt saucepan. In it combine:

2 cups sugar
6 oz. evaporated milk
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
dash salt

Cook and stir continuously over medium heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Usually takes approx 13 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from heat. Add
1 tablespoon butter without stirring. Let cool until lukewarm. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat vigorously until fudge stiffens and looses it's gloss. Quickly add nuts if desired and push from pan onto wax paper.

Chris Tomlin is also celebrating the release of his first Christmas record Glory In The Highest: Christmas Songs of Worship.

Produced by Ed Cash, Glory In The Highest features familiar classics including "Angels We Have Heard On High," "O, Holy Night," "Joy to the World [Unspeakable Joy]," to which Tomlin wrote a new refrain, and four new songs that will be Christmas favorites for years to come.

With special guests Matt Redman, Christy Nockels and singer/songwriter, Audrey Assad, the album succeeds in its purpose of transforming familiar carols into songs of worship.
