"Chasing Life" season 2 episode 13, which also serves as the show's fall finale, is officially called "La Dolce Vita." The title means "the good life" or "the sweet life," instantly indicating that it may focus primarily on April (Italia Ricci) and Beth's (Aisha Dee) trip to Rome.

As indicated in the official synopsis, the episode will see the two preparing and heading for their vacation in Rome, where April figures she will be able to finish her book as she'll be free from all the distractions and troubles from home. She also won't be surrounded by all the memories left by her late husband Leo (Scott Michael Foster).

Before leaving, however, the promotional trailer shows her conversing with Dominic (Richard Brancatisano), hinting that the two might still get together despite April still reeling from her marriage's end and the fact that Dominic did attempt to keep a relationship with April's sister Natalie (Jessica Meraz).

While April's story shifts to Rome, things will still be busy back home as the synopsis reveals Greer (Gracie Dzienny) moves back to Boston, instantly catching Brenna's (Haley Ramm) attention. And while Greer and Brenna had something before, the synopsis reveals that she is more focused right now on Finn (Parker Mack).

However, Brenna is said to be both excited and conflicted about Finn, which could draw out a "will-they-won't-they" situation that may get even more complicated with Greer coming back, although the latter's reasons for returning to Boston have not yet been explained.

According to a small hint by TV Fanatic, the fall finale may also see George (Steven Weber) getting arrested due to his involvement in what led to Thomas' (Tom Irwin) death several years ago. A few episodes back, it was revealed that George assisted Thomas in committing suicide after the latter was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).

"Chasing Life" season 2 episode 13, "La Dolce Vita," airs this Sept. 28.
