Following the recently released spring update, the developers of "Battlefield 1" have already started working on the May update. But before this becomes official, they decided to release a patch for the game's Community Test Environment (CTE). Here is everything about the said update in a nutshell.

The "Battlefield 1" update significantly changes the bayonet charge and improves the netcode. Add to this is a decrease in the amount of ticket in Dominion, something that the community has been hoping to see. EA also brought a couple of changes to the in-game vehicles.

It is worth noting, though, that not all players have access to the CTE. Nevertheless, the changes the studio introduced are believed to be the changes the May update will bring. As of this writing, CTE is only accessible via the game's PC version.

Among the changes in "Battlefield 1" can be seen in the weapons and gadgets. For instance, the developers have fixed a bug in which the Bipod Audio tends to persist whenever players switch secondary weapons. Some improvements were also brought on the cross-class medal, so as to require single shot rifles to work. The CTE update also brought an added UI, which is specially developed for the grenade supply in the game.

The changes via the "Battlefield 1" CTE update are subject to change, though the developers aim it to be official in the update this month. Nevertheless, it remains unofficial if there will be added features, tweaks, or improvements. These are mostly likely to be revealed in the coming days.

In related "Battlefield 1" news, other sources note all the steps required in activating the Megalodon in the game. This creature here became a surprise, as DICE did not entirely hint about its existence prior to the release of the They Shall Not Pass DLC. The video below highlights the activation of the said specie.
