Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe release date: Deluxe and Ultra versions get international release; Main phones to follow

As stated in a report from Ecumenical News, the Asus ZenFone 3 has begun launching several of its models but so far only the ZenFone 3 Ultra and the ZenFone 3 Deluxe have been launched. It is further stated that the other models such as the main ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max will follow suit in August.

A report from TechRadar also showcases many of the changes that the ZenFone 3 Deluxe has implemented, such as the inclusion of the brand-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and 6GB RAM. This makes the phone of the few phones currently on the market running with 6GB RAM.

The phone also starts with 64GB of internal storage and this goes up to 256GB. It is also built with a 23MP rear camera and a Super AMOLED 1080p HD display. According to TechRadar, the phone's real advantage is its new metal unibody and the invisible antennae design.

However, TechRadar points out that the 1080p resolution of the display also makes the phone a poor choice for VR headsets as VR headsets are built with 4K displays in mind. It is also pointed out that the 23MP camera still needs to be tested in comparison to the 12MP camera of the Samsung Galaxy S7.

According to the reports, the Zenfone 3 and its multiple iterations will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow although they will be able to upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat when it comes out later this year. This will make them one of the most updated phones other than the Samsung Galaxy S7.

Phone Area reports that the inclusion of the Snapdragon 821 might make the ZenFone 3 models more expensive, ranging above $500 to $700 but there will be commercially affordable versions sporting a lower-end processor. Ecumenical News points out that before the Spadragon 821 was implemented the phone was meant to carry the Snapdragon 625.

Does the Church of England need to re-think its messaging?

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
