As the "Glee" series is coming to a close, actress Lea Michele is rumored to join another Ryan Murphy's production – "American Horror Story".

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" is another production of show runner Ryan Murphy and his take on horror. The upcoming fourth season of the TV series will feature a carnival setting that was popular in the 1950s. Carnivals also feature a Freak Show, which is a show that presents people with peculiar characteristics.

"American Horror Story" season 4 "Freak Show" will include cast Sarah Paulson as the conjoined twins Dot and Bette, Kathy Bates as Effil Darling; Evan Peters as Jimmy Darling; Emma Roberts as Maggie; Angela Bassett as Desiree Dupree; Michael Chiklis as Wendell Del Toledoand Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars, as the ring master of the freak show. However, reports claimed that Lea Michele could be one of the regular casts of the upcoming season of the series. The details of her character are still under wraps.

Apart from Lea Michele, hunk actor Matt Bomer will also be one of the guest stars next season. Murphy and Bomer worked together in HBO's mini-series "The Normal Heart."

Murphy expressed his excitement in having another opportunity to work with the actor. The actor was busy filming the sequel of movie "Magic Mike" and he admitted that he needed to find a window in the actor's schedule.

The "American Horror Story" season 4 is claimed to be the scariest season of the horror TV series. Actress Kathy Bates confessed that she was unable to sleep until 6 A.M. after the first day of filming of the series. It is probably because of John Carroll Lynch's role as the "Killer Clown". The character is highly anticipated to give the waiting fans the creeps.

"American Horror Story" season 4 entitled Freak Show will go on air on October 8 on FX.
