This year marks the 30th year anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 sneakers, and the Air Jordan brand, according to a report from Nice Kicks, has planned out to release sneakers that each commemorates the most significant moments in Michael Jordan's basketball career.

Several of these sneakers have already launched, such as the Black with Red Lines Air Jordan 2 Alternate and the Air Jordan 1 Low "Cyber Monday." However, as the report lists down, there are still many other shoes planned to release this year, each one based on the shoes Jordan wore while playing in the NBA.

It is important to note that these are all color variations of the original Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 5 sneakers. The colors utilized for these variants are based on the diffirent colors worn by the Chicago Bulls, the team Michael Jordan is popularly known for.

The sleek silver Air Jordan XXX is scheduled to release on Feb. 12 while the Air Jordan 4 "White Cement" will release the following day, Feb. 13. This pair will finally see the return of the original Nike Air logo that was seen on the very first lineup of Air Jordan sneakers decades ago.

Also on Feb. 13 comes the Air Jordan "OVO" Black. The only pair coming out on Valentine's Day is the retro-styled Air Jordan 1 Low "Chicago."

Another significant lineup is the "Dunk From Above" variations of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 5 Low and Air Jordan 4, all three utilizing a blend of white, blue and yellow colors. These sneakers are designed to commemorate Jordan's ability to soar high to dunk, even from long distances.

Of the listed sneakers, the last Air Jordan set to release thus far is the Air Jordan 5 "Black Metallic" variant, which will be out by July 23. However, this does not necessarily mean that the brand does not have other special commemorative sneakers planned for the latter half of the year.
